Crates
What is the difference between crates for high-anxiety and regular crates?
Crates for high-anxiety dogs should be extremely durable to prevent dogs from escaping. Regular crates are often not as durable, which may allow a dog to escape, harming themselves in the process - all before tearing up the house!
Can a dog hurt itself?
Our crates feature smooth edges, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Are they only for anxious dogs?
The crate isn’t just for anxious dogs. We just cater to anxious dog owners because we have heard many stories of dogs breaking and escaping from their crate only to harm themselves in the act. There is just shy of 2 inches between the rods, so the animal should be large enough to not escape.
How strong are they? Can a dog break them?
Our crates are 100% aluminum and can withstand hundreds of pounds of force before bending.
Are they durable?

Can I lock the crate?
Our sliding doors include two latches, which can accommodate a padlock for added security.
Are they waterproof?
In a perfect world, yes, they are waterproof. However, if there are any imperfections in the powder coat that expose the aluminum beneath, then the crate is no longer waterproof.
How heavy are they?
We offer many different sizes of crates, ranging from 29-142 lb in weight.
Can I change the location of the door?
Yes. Simply flip the crate upside-down!
Do you sell bedding?
We do not sell bedding with our crates. If you wish to have bedding inside the crate, you will have to provide your own bedding.
How long should my dog stay in the crate?
The dog may remain in the crate with the door closed for a short duration. For more information, seek guidance from professionals.

Assembly
How do I assemble it?
Our crates ship with a user manual that includes assembly instructions. The instructions are also found online here. We do offer assembly service for those that prefer to receive the crate fully-assembled.
Do I need to buy any tools?
All of the parts and tools necessary to assemble the crate are included.
Can you assemble it for me?
We do offer an optional assembly service. Be sure to select the add-on when adding the crate to your cart!

We do offer free in-store pickup at our facility in Topeka, Kansas.
